Class Description

Our group training classes will challenge your strength, balance, endurance, agility and power. Whether you are wanting to build fitness, maintain health, or enhance performance, this is for you! No sign ups are required for our group fitness classes and we conveniently offer classes based around a typical workday: early morning, mid-afternoon and early evening. With classes that take you through strength training, cardio, and movement-focused workouts, we’re sure to have a class that fits your goal! And with on-site showers, locker rooms and laundry service, you’ll have an effortless turnaround time.
