Our training camps accommodate 10-20 participants and are typically designed in a circuit-style, providing constant movement that can be modified based on your skill level and goal. No sign ups are required for our group fitness classes and we conveniently offer classes based around a typical workday: early morning, mid-afternoon and early evening. With classes like Strength, DrivenFIT, DrivenLOW (Ladies Only), Express and Restorative, we’re sure to have a class that fits your goal! And with on-site showers, locker rooms and laundry service, you’ll have an effortless turnaround time.

Class Descriptions

  • DrivenFIT: Come ready to sweat! We’ll get into a 3D circuit that will challenge your strength, balance, endurance and agility. For those looking to get FIT, this is for you!
  • STRONG: With the goal of strength in mind, this class offers more rest and recovery time built in. The focus is on high quality work to improve your power and 3D strength
  • DrivenLOW (Ladies Only Workout): This one is just for the ladies! Join us to get your blood pumping, heart racing and calories melting! All fitness levels welcome as movements can be regressed and progressed!
